Exciting things have happened for the county as we move forward to a new year.
The Chamber celebrated with Center of Attention on November 8, 2008 with a ribbon cutting and Open House.Stop by and visit, they are located next to the Chamber of Commerce office on the square.
November 18, 2008, the Chamber cut another ribbon for Dermal Solutions Open House
from 10 A.M. until 6 P.M. They are located next to the old Post Office on S Central Avenue.
November 19, 2008, action moved to the East Hickman Public Library
for the Chamber to place an information rack of all the literature available about our county. Brochures, tourism information, data on the county, resources available, services offered and other vital pieces of information were supplied.

Hickman County Public Library and East Hickman Library for joining a partnership that will keep information flowing.
