The Edwin Hickman Humanitarian Award is presented to an individual whose efforts to improve the quality of life in Hickman County span the better part of a lifetime. 

Like the Community Spirit Award, this honor is bestowed on an irregular basis and in normally presented at the Chamber's Annual meeting in July of each year.
