The Hickman County Chamber of Commerce serves the function of offering business referrals to anyone--whether they are new to the community, wanting to visit, currently visiting, or even from your own community. If you are a member of the Chamber, you will get referrals when someone inquires through the Chamber about a product or service. Joining the Chamber can be a relatively inexpensive way to make your business grow.
Networking
If you attend anyh of the many events the Chamber has to offer--such as monthly membership meetings, ribbon cuttings, groundbreakings, the annual Grinders Switch Music and Arts Festival, and much more--you will get to know a variety of people, which is a great opportunity for networking. This is also a great way to get to know other members of the Chamber and to promote each other by word of mouth.
